Technique
Our paper reels printing machinery is compatible with flexography digital photopolimers which make posible to achieve 130 LPP for a greater printing definition.
Printing
54 lines per cm2. 6 colours plus varnish. Print width according to customer’s needs.
Quality Control
Spectrophotomer color measuring guarantees Delta values below 2 for correct color tones. We also check and guarantee the readability of EAN code printed in our paper reels.
Artificial Vision
Our production processes integrates the needed tools to exhaustively check all our creations. With artificial visión cameras we detect and correct imperfections during the printing process to achieve our quality standards.
Accuracy Checking
We rely on the newest digital techniques to guarantee quality control. We analyse ink temperature, its viscosity and also its PH in order to comply with quality and environmental standards.
Product finishing
Our printing process integrates six printing units plus a stack wich is used to add an acrylic or ultraviolet varnish for the finest finishing.
Paper reel Rewinder
The paper reel rewinder machine corrects printing imperfections made while adjusting process by revising carefully all the printed reels after each production. This ensures the quality of all our shipped products.
Ecology
We have an advanced water purifying system which separates ink from the filtered water to fulfill the environmental standards and regulations.
